Please check your spam and junk mail folders for your Service Detail email. You may also log into your Oasis account to obtain service credentials. Click on the drop down at the settings icon - top right. Next click on email history. Now you will see all emails associated with your Oasis account. Scroll until you see the Service Detail that is needed.
